Open up Jitsi and click on “File -> Add new account…” entering the information from your Device in the dashboard. Ensure to replace “” with your own domain.

Note that the Outbound Proxy was located in your welcome email. If you need it agian, please email [email protected]

Add your choose “SIP” as the Network and enter your device username@domain.

Click “Advanced”.

Open the “Connection” tab and enter your username again in the “Authorization name” field.

Uncheck “Configure proxy automatically” and enter the SIP proxy using port 5060 (5061 for TLS).

To enable Encryption click the Security tab and enable support. Settings are as follows and be sure to force SRTP on your device with-in the dashboard.

Enable Presence under the “Presence” tab an your codec preferences under the “Encodings” tab.
