DID Failover

Setup your DID to Failover to another SIP device or External phone number in the event that your equipment is offline. Our system will automatically detect when your equipment is offline and failover automatically.

Select the PBX that has the assigned DID and click on the Gear icon. Choose the Failover option.

Choose either an External Phone Number or SIP URI.

Click “Activate” when done.
