Upon logging into SmartPBX for the first time, you will be prompted to add a Main number to your account.
If you do not yet have a phone number you will have the option to purchase one first.

  1. Add a main company number
  2. Choose office hours strategy
  3. Setup inbound call handling

Once you have assigned a Main company number you will be taken to the Auto Attendant setup. Select your Office Hours strategy based on when you are open, closed and when you have designated holidays. You can change the behaviour of calls when certain conditions are met. For example; You can route calls to your IVR during the day and automatically forward calls to voicemail in the evening.

Incoming Call Handling

From here you can continue to setup how your customers will reach you from this number.
