Adding team members is simple. In SmartPBX, navigate to “Users” and click “Add User”.
Fill in the user specific details and choose an extension. An extension is how the user can be reached by the Auto Attendant,
the company directory and other users internally.
Include user in the company directory – Can this extension be reached from the company directory?
Send emails to an alternate address – If you want user emails such as voicemail, faxes and password resets to go to a different email than the main users login, specify it here.
Send credentials to user – Do you want to send a copy of the users login/password to them?
